Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and the expected delivery time is 20-25 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Your satisfaction is important to us and we will process all orders in the order that they are received.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates and dates will be estimated at the time of order and upon checkout.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
